I’m back with another three things post where I share updates on each of the kids in three points each.
[Gabbie]
1. Gabbie finished her third semester of college and headed off to spend two weeks in Israel. From there she’ll meet us in Florida and then be home in January.
2. Since we met her on the east coast twice in the past few months, she hasn’t been home since she left in August!
3. We are coming up with a few ideas for some mother/daughter outings while she is at home. I’m excited!
[Zachary]
1. Even Zachary got into playing with my brother-in-law’s kittens. He took the funniest video of one of them climbing up his leg.
2. He finished his English class that he took through the community college and he got an A. He is now signed up to take Economics there in person next semester.
3. Zachary got into his top choice for college! We just found out yesterday!
[Simon]
1. Simon worked hard this quarter to keep his grades up. Finals are this week though – I hope he can pull off doing well on them!
2. One thing one of his teachers pointed out at conferences is that Simon does well socially. That’s a good thing that he has going for him.
3. Along with finals, Simon has a table read for the high school play this week! I’m glad he’s still doing theater! Most of the kids in his class (and in the school in general) do sports, but he’s not interested.
