Because we were all in NJ for Thanksgiving, we held my in-laws’ 60th anniversary party that weekend as well. (Their actual anniversary is December 26th). I am currently reminiscing about their 50th anniversary party 10 years ago! At that time, their first great-grandchild was born, and he is now almost 10. Plus, they have many more great-grandchildren that were there to celebrate with them!
I took the second photo on this cake and I (Gabbie) edited the two together so they could be on the cake – but the photo I took caused a big controversy because only the grandkids are in it and not their spouses. Sheesh.
My sister-in-law and my niece ordered these waiter costumes for the kids. They even ordered one for Simon, not realizing he is a little too big for that! The little kids seemed to enjoy them though!

We had a decorative car on the lawn for pictures, haha.

And some speeches. And a game involving shoes.
We also watched a slideshow and took pictures of my in-laws and their kids (plus spouses, lol). Zachary used my camera and I’m a bit blurry.
