The boys went back to school this week and once again, our school was one of the latest to start in our area. However, this was probably the first time that I was not ready for school to go back. We have so much happening that another week or so of summer break would have been helpful! Gabbie is still here for another week and doesn’t start classes till after Labor Day, so I will include her back to school information in another post!
View PostThis past weekend, Billy Joel was performing at Arrowhead in Kansas City (where the Chiefs play). I wanted to go to this show ever since I found out about it, but being that it was on a Saturday night, I didn’t know if we would be able to get there without missing a huge chunk of the show after Shabbat ended.
View PostLast week, we decided to check out Chiefs Training Camp at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, MO. We actually were at the second to last practice that was open to the public. We didn’t stay for autographs, but we watched the team practice and it was cool to be so close to them. The tickets were free and we paid $5 for parking.
