August 2023 – Month in Review

Zachary got back from his trip, Gabbie had her wisdom teeth out, we celebrated Simon’s birthday, the boys went back to school, Simon had his bar mitzvah, and we brought Gabbie to college. Whew! Simon’s Bar Mitzvah Preview

This weekend is Simon’s bar mitzvah. He has worked hard practicing and preparing and he is ready to read from the Torah and lead services tomorrow morning! His 13th birthday on the Jewish calendar was this past Monday, so he has already read from the Torah on Monday and Thursday! These are pictures of him having a bit of a dress rehearsal this past Sunday.
