Happy Wednesday! Today I’m joining in for the Wednesday Hodgepodge with Joyce.
1. When does time pass slowly for you? When does time past quickly for you?
It passes slowly if I’m looking forward to something! Quickly when I’m trying to get things done and I run out of time.
2. Do you have a favorite beach? What’s your favorite ‘beach’ activity? Tell us what we’d find in your beach bag.
I think my favorite beach is probably Hollywood Beach, just because we like to walk on the boardwalk there every winter break when we’re in Florida. My favorite beach activity is taking pictures. In my beach bag, I would have sunscreen, a towel, and a book.
Not at Hollywood Beach, but sunrise on the beach is my favorite.
3. Your favorite book or movie with a beach setting?
Right now, Ali Brady is on my mind because I just found out they are coming to Kansas City! So I’ll say their book, The Beach Trap.
4. What’s a food you love, but find it’s a pain to eat? Is it worth it?
I’m thinking food that gets stuck in my teeth…I don’t really eat much that is hard to eat! So maybe steak, and yes, it is worth it if it’s cooked well.
5. Do you like roller coasters? What’s the best (or worst) roller coaster you’ve been on?
I used to like them. I find I can’t really go on rides anymore, or I feel sick. Which is sad, because Zachary has gotten very into roller coasters lately! One of my favorites was always Rockin’ Roller Coaster at Disney. I believe it’s getting rethemed with the Muppets and I’m going to have to go on it again when that happens!

The dogs I’m watching this week are so much easier than the one that was here last week, thank goodness! My August line up should be easy too, I have three dogs scheduled, all that I’ve watched before and like! Funnily enough, I’ve become obsessed with reading the Rover reddit boards and there are some really awful stories out there – mine have been tame in comparison!
