It’s been a while, but this is a three things post, where I share updates on each of the kids in three points each. Today I’m sharing what they’ve been up to this summer.
[Gabbie]
1. Gabbie is working as the camp photographer again this summer.
2. She sometimes goes to the gym and / or takes dance classes after work.
3. She is just about always getting together with her friends! It is nice when they are home at the same time she is.
[Zachary]
1. Zachary is also working at camp, but only doing early care and late care, so a split shift.
2. While his trip to Israel in June was canceled, he is now planning to go in August for 10 days, come home for a week, and then head back for the year.
3. This week, Dave and Simon are biking across Iowa. Zachary went too, to be the group’s driver.
[Simon]
1. The bike trip was Simon’s idea. He biked a lot this summer in preparation.
2. He actually started his summer reading book!
3. He took an online course to prepare to be the webmaster for the school newspaper.
