Happy Wednesday! Hope everyone is having a good week so far. Today I’m joining in for Wednesday Hodgepodge with Joyce.
1. Did you watch the Super Bowl? Did your team win? What’s your favorite game day snack for whatever sport is happening?
I watched through almost the end of the third quarter and then I gave up. It was a hard one for this Chiefs fan. I did miss all of the KC scores but I got up at 3:30 that day (traveling) and was ready for bed by then.
I like most any snacks but lately have been liking nachos. I’m going to miss my Sunday football until September!
2. What’s your ‘superpower’?
Being the mom my kids need. Sometimes anyway.
3. Will you do anything special on Valentine’s Day? If so do share. Any thoughts on/about this particular holiday? Share a favorite verse or quote relating to love.
I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day. I love love but it’s just not one of my holidays.
4. Are you a fan of the rom-com genre? If so what’s one of your favorites? If you’re not a movie go-er then what about a book you love that features a great love story? How about a favorite love song?
Yes, particularly in books. My favorite rom com movie is When Harry Met Sally. For books I recommend Christina Lauren, Katherine Center, and Abby Jimenez books.
