Today I’m once again linking up with Tanya to share what I’ve been purchasing via Amazon and elsewhere over the past month. With back to school and college, I did end up with a few purchases to share this month! 1. 2 Quart Pitcher – We have never had a water pitcher aside from a small glass one and we decided it would be good to have one to use when we have guests over. I think most people have a bigger size than this one, but it was helpful to have this anyway.
2. Philips Norelco One Blade Shaver – Zachary was complaining that his shaver doesn’t work right so I got him the same one that Simon already has. He doesn’t shave that often, but this should work when he does!
3. White Tank Top – I got this to wear under the dress I’m wearing to my nephew’s wedding. It’s really tight but I think it will work for my purpose (covering my upper chest area).
4. Owala Water Bottle – I’ve been wanting a water bottle that keeps water cold. This was on sale and it’s teal, which is my favorite color, so I bought it!
5. Hoover Power Dash Carpet Cleaner – We had a sewer backup again and we’re always borrowing one of these from a friend, so we bought our own. Dave also used it to clean up some dog sitting messes and it worked so well!
6. Shower Curtain – Gabbie got this to use as a curtain for her closet in her dorm room. We also needed to purchase a tension rod to hang it with and it looks pretty good!
7. Bissell Featherweight Stick Vacuum – For Gabbie’s dorm room, we bought this in person at Target.
8. 4 Drawer Weave Tower – Gabbie’s room has less storage space than last year so she needed another set of these drawers.
9. Fabric Cube Storage Bin – She also got a few of these storage bins.
10. Old Navy Weekender Pants – These are the pants Zachary chose for his school uniform requirements. They are jogger type style but not jogger material, and yet they are softer than most khaki material pants.
I have a few more dorm purchases ordered for Gabbie, but I will wait until she receives them to share them, in case they end up not working out! You can see all the purchases we made for her dorm last year here!
