Happy Wednesday! Today I’m joining in for the Wednesday Hodgepodge with Joyce.
1. Are you a naturally trusting person? Is trust built on logic or ‘gut instinct’? Does everyone deserve a second chance? Elaborate.
I don’t think I’m a very trusting person, especially when it comes to friendships and whether people will do what they say they will. I think trust is built over time.
2. ‘Beware the Ides of March’…March 15th on the ancient Roman calendar, these words were made famous by William Shakespeare in his play Julius Caesar. Caesar was assassinated on March 15th 44 B.C. Have you read any Shakespeare? If so, do you have a favorite? Have you ever been to Rome?
I read some in school. I like Romeo and Juliet the most. I haven’t been to Rome but Gabbie has!
3. Do you like a Caesar salad? If given the choice between a garden/house salad or Caesar which do you order? Anchovies or no? What’s your favorite salad dressing?
Yes, I do like Caesar salad and I would choose Caesar over house. I don’t know that I’ve ever had anchovies though! In general, my favorite salad dressing is ranch or some type of balsamic.
4. Where do you typically work (or blog if that’s easier) at home? Do you have a dedicated home office space? Are you happy with that space?
I do have an office space in my house. I like it in general, but I wish it didn’t have old carpeting, as I would prefer flooring!
5. Snow drops, daffodils, lenten roses, crocus, hyacinth, or early tulips…what’s your favorite early Spring flower?
Any of them! I love signs of spring. I’m not sure if it counts as early spring, but I like irises a lot.
6. Insert your own random thought here.
I feel like I’m living in a zoo at the moment. Or maybe the toddler class at preschool. (I’m at my parents’ house at the moment!)
Tell me your answer to any of these!
