Phew! We’ve made it through the busy month of May and today is the last day of school! It’s a half day and this afternoon my big plan is to take the kids to the library and sign up for the summer reading program. Next up: plan the rest of the summer! Here’s what we were up to in May!

View PostAfter 9 months of swim lessons, I can confidently say that Simon is ready for summer. Last summer he was afraid to go under the water. He didn’t know how to take a breath and hold it in. For too long he depended on his puddle jumper to keep him afloat, and when he out grew it, he insisted on having a pool noodle with him in the water. After joining Goldfish Swim School, he conquered his fears, realized that he could swim, and developed confidence in himself.
