Today I’m linking up with Marsha for the 10 on the 10th link up (Leslie is on a blog break). This month’s topic is Vacation. Marsha has given us these 10 questions about Vacation and here are my answers!
1. Are you planning to take a vacation any time soon?
Yes, we are planning to go to Niagara Falls and then to NJ for my in-laws’ 80th birthday celebration.
2. Have you recently gone on vacation?
No, not recently. Our last vacation was over winter break, to Florida.
3. What is your favorite way to travel?
Lately I’ve really preferred car trips over plane travel, but air travel saves time…if it goes as it should anyway. I hate delays and cancellations!
4. If money was no object, where would you go and why?
I guess a worldwide tour! There’s so much I have yet to see.
5. Who would be your favorite person to take on vacation?
My husband and I travel well together, although he is more play it by ear and I am more plans preferred!
6. What do you absolutely have to pack when you go on vacation?
My camera, reading material, phone and chargers.
7. What are your memories of your all-time favorite vacation?
Picking a favorite vacation is too hard! We’ve had some great Disney vacations and some great National Park visits…you can always look at my travel category link if you’re interested!
8. Where would you never ever go on vacation and why?
I would not want to vacation in places where upsetting things happened – like Poland. I would travel there to see it, but I wouldn’t call it a vacation.
9. What is the worst thing you ever experienced on vacation?
I once wrote a post about all the times things happened that could have ruined our vacations but turned into amusing memories. Mainly people being sick just before or during our trips. Airplane delays, flat tires, etc.
10. What is the best thing that ever happened to you on vacation?
Besides the trip itself? I don’t know!
