Scenes From New York City
While we were in NJ at the end of June, we spent the day in New York City, when we visited NYU and Pace University with Gabbie. We also got to see some view of the city from a new location the following day.

View PostToday I’m linking up with Leslie and Marsha for the 10 on the 10th link up. This month’s topic is 10 Q&As About Sports with questions from Gail of Is This Mutton?
View PostSimon went to camp two weeks ago and will be home tomorrow! This is his first time at sleepaway camp. He went away overnight this year with his class and with his youth group, but both of those were for 3-4 nights. After Zachary went to camp and didn’t have a great time, I didn’t think I’d send Simon away, but he is a different kid and he really wanted to go. The camp has a main session that is 4 weeks long, or you can stay for the full 6 weeks, or you can just go for the last 2 weeks, which is what Simon did. The last 2 weeks have a choice of focus where you can do basketball, cooking, or biking, and Simon wanted to do biking.
View PostWelcome to the Not Just a Mom Link Up hosted by myself, Adrienne, Jen, Joanne, Lauren, and Sarah! This month, we are talking about TV shows worth a binge watch – or binging TV shows in general. I really don’t binge watch TV like I used to! But I figured I’d share about some of my faves anyway.
View PostToday’s post covers the second half of the books I read in July 2022. I shared the first half of the books I read here. My top books of the month can be found here – although I have two more 5 star books to share in this post as well. I will be linking up with Lauren’s new book link up, My Month Is Booked, on Tuesday! The Amazon links to the books I’ve read are affiliate links and if you use them and make a purchase, I may receive a small commission. If you’ve read any of these books or are interested in them, I’d love to hear about it in the comments!
