Happy Wednesday! Today I’m joining in for the Wednesday Hodgepodge with Joyce.
1. How would you define ‘the good life’?
Time to relax, money to travel, being able to do the things you want to do.
2. What’s the most used app on your phone (and are you proud of that)?
Instagram…I guess I am ok with it, since I work hard on my account there! But actually, my phone reports that my most used app this week was Facebook. And that means the endless scrolling. So no, I’m not proud of that!
3. ‘Every rose has it’s thorn’, ‘everything’s coming up roses’, ‘looking through rose-colored glasses’, ‘it’s no bed of roses’ or ‘stop and smell the roses’…which rose idiom best relates to something in your life currently. Explain.
I think “stop and smell the roses” is good advice most of the time when we tend to move too fast and miss the good things in life.
4. How do you feel about floral flavorings in food or drink (rose, hibiscus, elderflower, lavender)?
They sound like they’d be good in tea…I’m not sure I’ve had them in anything else!
5. Over the course of your life what have you probably spent more time pondering than anything else?
Probably whatever my upcoming plans are. I tend to go over things in my head before they happen!
6. Insert your own random thought here.
I was a huge NY Knicks fan in high school, so it’s fun that they’re currently in the NBA finals. Ozzie was here to watch the game on Monday with me, and his family are Spurs fans!

Tell me your answer to any of these!
