I am now up to Friday April 10 in my trip diary! On this day we went shopping for food for Shabbat and I took photos in the outdoor market! We also had lunch there and bought a few other things like a kippah for a friend and a new Shabbat candle holder for me.
That night, we had dinner with our nephew and his family who live in Jerusalem. It was really nice spending time with them. On Saturday I slept late and we had lunch in the apartment. We walked around a bit in the afternoon and after Shabbat ended we had ice cream.
Sunday was my nephew’s wedding day and I’m going to save the wedding photos for next time, but in the morning, we met him and his brothers by the Western Wall so here are some photos of that.

I guess I didn’t get many photos of him but he’s the one next to Zachary above.
We decided to walk along the Old City walls. This is called the Ramparts walk. You can see all of the Old City and experience a lot of history from up there.
This was on the way to the entrance.
Some of these photos are the inside of the Old City and some are the outside.
After this, we must have gotten something to eat, and we walked back to get ready for the wedding!
