This month I loved celebrating all the holidays with Dave and the boys. We missed having Gabbie around though! Plus, it was fun having some of our holiday meals with various friends.
I loved a talk I had with my neighbor.

I am looking forward to my birthday this weekend, although it will probably be a let down, as birthdays are less fun when you’re older! And I’m looking forward to seeing family for Thanksgiving.

Do leaves have a smell? Fall makes me think of the smell of bonfires. Currently? I’d say I can smell coffee.

Conferences. Even though I know what Simon’s teachers are going to say, I need to be prepared. At least Zachary is a senior, his grades are pretty good, and I’m really not too worried about him!

– Blue, the dog we just watched this weekend, who was easy going and comforting when I was unhappy about an email from Simon’s teacher!
– A Chief’s win in overtime on Monday night!
– Lunches at school that mean I don’t have to make lunches for the boys.
– The books I’m receiving from my birthday group – every month we send books to the birthday person of the month and this month it’s my turn!
