Happy Wednesday! Today I’m joining in for the Wednesday Hodgepodge with Joyce.
1. What’s something recent that had you ‘tickled pink’?
First thing I thought of – Gabbie’s good friend visited her at school this past weekend. I saw her friend’s mom over the weekend too, and she told me that her photo screen at home had brought up this picture of the two of them when they were little, as if it knew they were together. This is the photo:

2. A bed of roses, everything’s coming up roses, every rose has it’s thorn, stop and smell the roses, rose-colored glasses, a rose among thorns…which rosy expression might currently be applied to your life in some way?
I don’t think any of them apply at the moment!
3. What makes you feel loved and appreciated?
When someone does something for me – my love language is acts of service!
4. A box of chocolates or a bouquet of fresh flowers-what’s your pleasure? Any special plans for Valentine’s Day?
Hmm. Neither really – chocolate isn’t good for me and flowers will just die! But I suppose I’d go for the flowers. Valentine’s Day isn’t a holiday I celebrate.
5. Share a favorite quote, scripture, or song lyric relating to love.
“I’m not a smart man, but I know what love is.” – Forrest Gump
6. Insert your own random thought here.
I should have done the 10 on the 10th link up yesterday – the topic was 10 things you hate to love. That’s a fun topic! Kind of like guilty pleasures, I suppose. Which I’ve definitely written about before!
Tell me your answer to any of these!
