My mornings begin just about the same way every day. I get up when Dave finishes getting ready in the bathroom, usually at about the same time every day. Sadly, if he’s off by a few minutes, so am I. And if he’s away or if he leaves early, I have to hope I wake up at the right time! I’m not a morning person. I need those precious minutes of sleep.

View PostWhile we were in Florida, we got to check out the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center in Boca Raton, which we hadn’t been to previously. The cool thing about Gumbo Limbo is their turtle rescue. They are involved in rescuing and releasing rehabilitated sea turtles as well as taking care of sea turtle hatchlings. The turtles that were living at Gumbo Limbo while we were there were all named after Harry Potter characters!
