View PostTime for another update in three points each. In posts like these, you get an update on each child (or family member) in three bullet points per person. I like to write them about once per month and to share something new about each of my kids! This month, I decided to focus the three things for each of my kids around our recent vacation.
View PostThis month’s topic for the Let’s Look At link up was “the inside of your suitcase.” I missed the link up, but I thought it was a fun topic so I decided to write this post while I was packing for our recent trip! We pack differently based on how long our trip will be and whether we are checking baggage. For this trip we checked everything, so I took a big suitcase for myself and each of the kids took a smaller one. I do pack for the boys but I’ll just focus on what I pack for myself in this post!
View PostValencia and Valentine is the story of two women, one young and one old, who don’t seem to have very much in common. One has traveled the world, the other is afraid to drive on a highway, much less fly on a plane.
View PostOn one of the earlier episodes of the 10 Things To Tell You podcast, Laura Tremaine discussed family rules. My blog friend Sarita also wrote a post on this topic and I’ve been meaning to do so as well! This topic is about the spoken or unspoken rules that we live by and that shape our behavior. The topic covers rules we were raised with as well as rules we live by in our current lives.
