View PostAfter 9 months of swim lessons, I can confidently say that Simon is ready for summer. Last summer he was afraid to go under the water. He didn’t know how to take a breath and hold it in. For too long he depended on his puddle jumper to keep him afloat, and when he out grew it, he insisted on having a pool noodle with him in the water. After joining Goldfish Swim School, he conquered his fears, realized that he could swim, and developed confidence in himself.

View PostThis Sunday was Gabbie’s dance recital and the culmination of her 10th year of dance! She has grown along with the dance school. We now have two recitals because there are so many classes. Everyone older than 1st grade dances in both shows. The youngest dancers and the Competition Team dances are divided between the two shows. Gabbie’s solo and duet were in the first show, so we attended that show. During that show, I decided to stay for the second show as well. This way I got to see the dances twice and take more photos! For the first show, I was a little close up so I had some trouble getting the photos I wanted. For the second, I stood up on the side when Gabbie’s classes danced.
