Zachary turned 19 on Sunday! While he doesn’t love a lot of attention, he enjoyed having friends over for lunch on Saturday in his honor. I was happy he was at home for his birthday, and is home for the summer now as well. Here’s a look back at his year.

Zachary enjoyed celebrating his 18th birthday at Worlds of Fun. He was supposed to go to Israel in June, but that trip was canceled. We did go to ME, NH, MA, and RI on a family trip.

In July, he worked at camp, and he went to IA to be the driver for Dave and Simon’s bike trip.
In August, he went to Israel for 10 days, came home for 10 days, and left again for his year in Israel.

In October, Zachary went to Hungary with two of his friends. In November, his good friend visited and Zachary went to his friend’s brother’s wedding.

In December, Gabbie visited him!

In February, Zachary went to Poland. I was always happy when my nephews sent pictures with him from Israel.

After he got back from Poland, the war with Iran started, so my plans to spend March with Zachary didn’t work out.
But he still saw his cousins.
In April, we made it to Israel and got to see him!

We also got to celebrate my nephew’s wedding together.

In May, I got another photo from my nephew.

I do have some photos of him with his school friends, here’s some of them at the end of the year:

And at his birthday celebration before school ended:

And here is his birthday cake at home!

Happy Birthday Zachary!
