Although I find it hard sometimes, I loved all the extra socializing I did over the past few weeks, both with friends of mine and friends of the kids. We had a small get together for Zachary before he left, and I always love seeing him with his friends together. I hope he makes such great friends on his program this year.

New school years all around. We went to back to school night for Simon and he has several new teachers that he doesn’t know – and who don’t know him! Zachary started his program on Monday, and Gabbie started her new classes yesterday.
I am also beginning a commitment to the preschool where I substitute – I agreed to work consistently every Monday afternoon.

The summer is a major thing that is ending, obviously! I also ended my non stop dog bookings, as I guess less people travel in the fall than in the summer! I am off until next week, when I have bookings again.

I’m not sure what I’m picking other than what to read next! I fell behind on my planned reading so I have to catch up now.
