Happy Monday! Today I’m sharing the things I accomplished so far in August. This is a new series I started sharing last month!
– I got Zachary registered for an English class at the local community college when his school told me they didn’t have one available for him.
– I started walking on my boot, without using crutches.
– I started showering standing up and by myself!
– I started doing laundry by myself.
– I went with Zachary to the dentist.
– I went to Trader Joe’s – first time I walked around a store since breaking my ankle.
– I took Simon to his x-ray for scoliosis – and his spinal curve went down, so he doesn’t need anymore follow up!
– I went with Zachary to Old Navy and found him pants that fit the dress code plus are comfortable for him! For anyone with sensitive kids, this is what we got:
– I sat with Simon while he took his driver’s permit written test.
– I finally got a haircut!
– I had family visit and made it through.
– I helped Simon clean out his backpack from last school year and get ready for this one!
– I started walking while wearing sneakers for an hour twice a day.
– Today I’m helping Gabbie move back to school, so more on that soon!
