One of the best parts of summer has got to be the food. The truth is we can usually grill all year round, but there is something about summer grilling that is special and worth celebrating. In order to celebrate summer grilling, I created this yummy grilled steak wrap for dinner last week!
Hy-Vee has a large selection of Mission Tortillas. I went with the Flour Tortillas / Soft Tacos. In my local store, they are on an end cap, rather than in the bread aisle.
Grill your steak:
Spread Cole Slaw on your tortilla:
Add slices of grilled steak:
Cover with barbecue sauce:
Wrap and enjoy:
