On the last day of spring break, the kids and I went on an adventure to the Great Wolf Lodge. We were able to get day passes through Big Brother / Big Sisters (this offer is available through May 22) which meant we didn’t have to stay there overnight and that we got a nice discount. My kids aren’t into big water slides, but there was plenty for them to enjoy between the swimming pool, the wading pool, the large water play structure, and the hot tub. Of course, it is hard to get photos when you’re swimming and soaking wet, but here are some!
After swimming for 2 hours, we were wrinkly and hungry, so we got some ice cream in the lobby.
And then we took funny pictures with the lobby displays.
My only real complaint about the experience was that the bathroom / changing room could have been warmer! I hate when I’m wet and freezing! Otherwise, we had a lot of fun and would definitely do this again!
