During our trip, we spent a day in NYC and we visited the Vessel, the High Line, and Times Square.
To get into the city, we took a NY Waterway boat.
Our first stop was at the Vessel. Unfortunately, since our visit, the Vessel once again had to close to visitors due to a 4th fatal incident at the site. They had tried to prevent death by jumping by stationing security along the low railings at the top and making sure people did not visit alone, but it did not stop this latest death, so the Vessel team is working on a way to open it to visitors again.
Simon was in quite a mood the whole day, as you can see from his face here.
Our next stop was a walk along the High Line.
From there, we walked to the subway and headed to Times Square.
We had quick stops in the Krispie Kreme and the M&M Store.

And we also visited Grand Central.
Before we headed back to NJ, we got caught in a huge downpour and managed to huddle under a temporary outdoor eating tent to keep dry!
