My parents arrived from Florida last night! (Big adjustment to our current weather – ouch.) I have to say it is hard living a distance from my parents and from Dave’s parents, but when we see them it tends to be for more than just a few hours at a time. This time my parents are here for 10 days! I am really grateful that they were able to come in order to help us out next week. Dave’s parents too are always willing to hop a plane (or even drive) here when we need them. And all of this got me thinking about Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and thank you gifts.
