Ever since I was a kid, I enjoyed grilled vegetables. My father had a garden and would grill his home grown zucchini, which I loved. Now, I still enjoy grilled vegetables and I was very excited when my friends at Cave Tools offered me the chance to try out their Vegetable Grill Basket – how convenient to have a basket for my vegetables instead of placing them directly on the grill!
It was honestly so easy to clean the vegetables, put them into the grill basket, season them, grill them, and bring them back inside to eat. We made corn, broccoli, zucchini, and Brussel sprouts.
You could use many other types of vegetables, such as peppers, carrots, onions, eggplant, mushrooms, or even tomatoes. We seasoned the vegetables with Trader Joe’s Chili Lime Seasoning. We love that stuff!
Do your grill thing!
Enjoy!
Dave commented that we could use the Vegetable Grill Basket for other small items like fish or even cut up meat. Small items sometimes fall through the grill grates and with the basket they won’t. Plus, the foods pick up that barbecued flavor that I love. The basket itself has a handle for easy transportation and is made from dishwasher safe stainless steel.
I have reviewed items from Cave Tools in the past and they always make grilling and barbecuing more convenient and simple!
